Most inspection services throughout the St. Louis metro do not publish their pricelist. They want you to call so they can quote whatever they think they can get. They should check the Uniform Commercial Code.
I don't set prices like that. I won't do that. It isn't ethical.
My concept is different. My pricing is up-front and transparent.
Your Realtor and you will know the price. Your Realtor doesn't have to answer the price question like this: "it'll be below $500"! In a Realtor's shoes, I would hate doing that.
