Realtors. I'm new to this market. I need your support so I can meet my own goals. When I inspect, I'm trying to make sure everything works exactly as it should on the day of inspection. That's right! Home owners need to know thigs work as they should, and they need to know about very serious observable deficiencies on the day of the inspection. That's what I do. You can sell a home owner warranty, if you like, or if you prefer I can arrange that. When your client calls, I'll want to know who provided the referral. Let's Face One Real Fact! I'm a fomer college prof, qualified in this field. Industrial Design and Management is all about systems. So is a home.

I'm 63, I own my home and I have very low overhead. I don't need to do 10 inspections per week, and have $1,000 days, every day. I take my time. I'm not in a hurry. I know my stuff. If I do 5 home inspections per week, I'm good. As you know, I'm a networked shop. I try to get the home inspection and ancillary services done within the same 4 hour window. I would like to set aside times, and schedule out. My preference would be to set aside every afternoon and most evenings for people who need me in a pinch. That's why I sell advanced reservations. For a buck and a half you are at the front of the line for afternoons and evenings. If you reserve more than you use, feel free to assign my services, time TBA, to a colleague. We'll find that immediate access time. I will be there. I'm positioning as your go-to guy! Just so you know, I publish my calendar every Sunday for our upcoming next two calendar weeks. In that way, you'll know my availability. two weeks, and every day in order to give you real time information. That way, you'll know.

Fm qualified to do very comprehensive work that includes home, Radon, Moisture, WDO/WDI, Sewer Scope, Fire Safety, Gourmet Kitchen Assessment. In fact, I like doing things that way. If you want me to do the comprehensive work, I can do that. It takes more time. If you want comprehensive work in a shorter time, I've developed partnerships for most of these items so a few assessments can be occurring at the same time by qualified experts.

Separately, I do Living@Home Assessment for Seniors, and home METH Fentanyl assessment for the home buyer who just wants to know. Meth manufacturing and Fentanyl fabrication crosses social and economic levels. You might expect these practices in lower income areas. I assure you, it is more common in higher socioeconomic levels and more expensive properties, conducted by people with means. Until September 30, 2025.

Advance reservations are $150 each. Why not buy 10 or 20 for the agents in the firm or franchise? When your client pays their inspection bill, I'll send you $100 back, or, I'll donate it to a charity of your choice, in your name. I'll keep the remaining $50 just for keeping the spot open. At the end of the season (September 30), I will refund your unused appointments, send them to a charity of your choice, donate them to your firm as an Inspector's Christmas Gift or Sales Award, or pay for part of your staff recognition program and Christmas party.
